Newgen Software Technologies has announced the launch of seven new products in the BPM and ECM space at exclusive customer meets in Delhi and Mumbai. The new product offerings include Customer Relationship Management for Customer Contact Center, CTS 2010, and Customer Communication Management. During the event, Newgen announced its inclusion in Gartner's Magic Quadrant for BPM Suites.
The Customer Meet in Delhi witnessed eminent speakers like Dr. JayaKumar from CSIR, Jayanta Chatterjee from Hindustan Zinc and D. P. Vaidya from Laxmi Kumaran & Sridharan. The speakers in Mumbai were Mridul Sharma from IndusInd Bank and V. Krishnan from L&T Finance.
